Responsibilities:
- Support in maintenance of certification such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and TISAX
- Further development and maintenance of our management system
- Collecting and implementing requirements and specifications that stakeholders (e.g. legislators, customers)
- In collaboration with the internal departments, coordinate and implement meaningful processes and measures
- Collaboration and coordination with representatives (external, internal)
- Conducting internal audits and implementing corrective and improvement measures
- Accompaniment of external audits
- Support and implementation of tasks in the areas of occupational safety and health protection
Job requirements:
- Fluency in German
- Experience with ISO 9001 (preferred as Quality Management Representative)
- Experience with ISO 14001 (preferred as Environmental Management Representative)
- Interest in the topics of process design and process organization
- Experience in dealing with management systems
- High communication skills
- Leadership qualities/assertiveness and at the same time high ability to work in a team
- Independent working style characterized by responsibility, reliability and commitment
- Good English knowledge
Nice to have:
- Experience with TISAX and/or ISO 27001
- Experience in the area of occupational safety and health protection (also as “safety officer”)
If you have the appropriate pre-qualification, there is a possibility to receive a training to become an occupational safety specialist.
